Compensation Philosophy
Cash compensation is benchmarked to the upper quartile of the Nigerian banking and fintech market for the role and seniority. Variable pay is tied to clearly-defined, measurable outcomes — for the Bank, the team, and the individual. Senior staff in designated functions may participate in long-term incentive arrangements approved by the Board.
